Historic Center of Toledo

Toledo’s historic center, a World Heritage Site, required a solution to help tourists navigate its labyrinthine streets while discovering its rich multicultural history. We developed a digital experience that combines artificial intelligence, 3D maps, and deep cultural content.

Built with progressive web technology and custom Mapbox maps, the system includes a conversational AI assistant trained with local historians to answer questions in real-time.

The platform has received international recognition, winning the “Best Digital Tourism Innovation 2024” award. It attracts 50,000 monthly visitors and has helped decongest main routes by distributing tourists more evenly throughout the historic center.
